What does my rental fee include?

Your fee includes gas, a professional driver, and every amenity on your bus, which will vary depending on the model. Your reservation specialist will work with you to find the best bus at the best possible rate.

How much does it cost to rent a bus?

Your rental cost will depend on multiple factors such as the time of year, how far you’re traveling, which bus you need, and more. Your reservation specialist can provide you with a detailed breakdown of your cost and build a free, personalized quote when you call us at 1-866-303-2594.

For how long can I rent a bus?

There is no limit to how long you can keep your bus. There is a 5-hour minimum rental time for all trips, though.

Can I request a specific type or color of bus?

Yes. Ask your reservation specialist about reserving an all-white bus for your wedding, an all-black bus for your corporate event, or a specific model to best fit your group’s needs. Not sure what you want? We’ll work with you to find the perfect bus.

Can we eat and drink on the bus?

Food and drink are allowed on coaches as long as passengers pick up all leftover trash. A $250 cleaning fee may be added to your rental cost if a mess is left behind.

Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

Many partners don’t mind letting passengers drink alcohol on buses. Tell your reservation specialist if you plan to have alcohol on the bus, and we’ll make sure you’re paired with a partner who can accommodate you. You may be charged an extra fee if a mess is left behind.

Should I find bus parking before my trip?

Leave that to us. Our reservations team will secure parking and staging areas for your bus so you won’t need to worry about where to keep it.

Am I required to tip my driver?

We recommend tipping your driver 15%-20% of your total rental cost to thank them for a job well done.

Do I need to find a hotel for my driver? Should I provide them with food and drink?

You will only need to provide lodging for your driver if your trip spans multiple days. Drivers will handle their own meals, snacks, and drinks during your trip.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. 30% of the total rental cost will be due up-front to hold your reservation.

When will the full cost of my trip be due?

30 days before your trip, your total must be paid in full.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure that your ideal bus is available. If you’re in a pinch, though, we’re able to secure a bus for your group at the last minute, sometimes with as little as two hours’ notice.

Can I book a handicap-accessible bus?

Yes. Just let your reservation specialist know that you require accessibility features, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
